Long Weekend, Best Weekend
Mom is very happy today because it’s a long weekend. I don’t know what that means. Every day is a long weekend for me.
My day started with a big disappointment. Fereshteh rang the bell and left without me. I was so crushed I pooped a big one.
Mom decided to make it up to me by bringing me to the harbour where I ran around like a maniac. We even had brunch at a Douce Diner. Mom’s Green Shakshuka and Dad’s Smoked Salmon Benny smelled so good. I didn’t eat any, but I get to sit on the patio and enjoyed all the compliments from strangers.
It guess Long Weekends are Best Weekends.
